I’ve viewed a few houses they put up for sale using the Modern Method of Auction (MMoA); I’m not particularly a fan of this method as agents tend to slap on a minimum £6000 fee, if not %, based on the buyer’s side.

However, all that happens is with run-down properties typically taken on by investors; they will have run their numbers and factored in the 6k cost, so ultimately, the seller loses out from lower offers.

I’ve dealt with some horrific companies before, and the positive reviews all follow baffling trends that smell of being fake, but all the low reviews are relatable to my experience. With them being so big, they’ll surely have good and bad experiences.
