It’s incredibly powerful and light meaning your website stays lightening fast. It’s simple, powerful and you can build your website 100% visually using no coding. It’s far more powerful and easier than WIX or Squarespace.
HubSpot CRM
Everything you need to organise and build better relationships in property
Tracking all your deals that you’re putting offers on has never been easier. I also store all my contacts that I meet through social media or networking. You can also add email conversations to deals to keep track of their progress. HubSpot is great for tracking your pipeline of deals and managing your property business.
Squarespace
Create a website in minutes with an easy drag and drop builder
Squarespace is the all-in-one solution for anyone looking to create a beautiful website. Domains, eCommerce, hosting, galleries, analytics, and 24/7 support. If you’re not confident getting your own hosting and using elementor then Squarespace have a fantastic drag and drop website builder on a monthly plan.
Canva
Create stunning logos, social media graphics, PDFs and more!
Originally being a graphic designer, Canva was a huge threat to the design world. It’s incredibly powerful and easy to use and means you can create stunning graphics and export them to the perfect size in minutes. If you’re not the best designer, select one of their thousands of templates to use and customise with your colours. You can also animate graphics for social media. It’s so powerful and I now use it for quick graphics over Photoshop.
ConvertKit
Build up your investor list with the best email marketing platform
ConvertKit is a great contender compared to other platforms like MailChimp. It’s built specifically for small business owners and has a beautiful user-interface to create stylish, high converting emails. You can also segment your list to ensure your subscribers get targeted communications. I decided to use this over MailChimp.
Namecheap
Get your professional branded domain for less than £7 per year
Namecheap does what it says on the tin! It has cheap domains, I often find they’re cheaper than GoDaddy. It’s super easy to point your domain to external web hosting servers like WPX Hosting! You can also host custom email accounts and also buy cheap hosting from NameCheap.
Audible
Reading books is great, but if you want to get through tonnes of books and content whilst driving around then look no further.
Audible is great for listening to all your favourite property, business and finance books.

Rob Dix the ‘Property Geek’ wrote a fantastic book if you’re a beginner. Even if you have a few properties and looking to open your eyes a little more – this book is for you!
Rob runs a successful blog and property business in Manchester and has a genuine best selling book that dives deep into property investing strategies.
How To Be a Landlord
Another cracker from Rob Dix and another favourite of mine. This is the best book for learning all about being a landlord.
Rob goes through all of the requirements, licences, certificates and everything you’d possibly need to know to manage one of your own properties. Even if you don’t manage your own property, it will give you a good idea of what your agent should be doing.
Asana
Project manage like a pro. The easiest way to manage team projects and task. Boards, lists, assign users and organise anything in your business.
I use Asana to keep track of all the tasks whilst starting up a property business and the things I need to do.
Notion
Notion is like a mini-CRM. You create lists, kanban boards and even create mini-databases.
Or use it like a note tool!
Notion has endless possibilities and actually replaces a lot of tasks I do on Asana.
Later Scheduling
Social media scheduling like a pro. I use Later to manage my Instagram, Pinterest, Facebook and Twitter automatically over the week.
